The controller is used together with electromagnetic vibration feeder, to control the output of the feeder.
Due to the feeder of the electromagnetic vibration feeder is changing with the different amplitudes, and the amplitude is changing with the current of electromagnetic vibration feeder coil, so the feeding amount can be adjusted by controlling the current of the electromagnetic vibration feeder. This purpose can be achieved by changing the conduction angle of the SCR (silicon controlled rectifier).
The controller controls the conduction angle of the SCR (silicon controlled rectifier) by using the Rc bridge phase-shift trigger circuit. The trigger circuit has features of simple, reliable work, fewer components, easy to maintain. The conduction angle of the SCR (silicon controlled rectifier) is about 160 degree under rated operational current. In work, the controller can control the feeding amount continuously and evenly at long bowls by just rotating a potentiometer.
In order to avoid the transient peak voltage produced by processing circuit or cutting off circuit to breakdown the SCR (silicon controlled rectifier), the switchboard power switch should be switched on before processing circuit, then, switch on the control power switch; when cutting off circuit, cut off control power switch before cutting off switchboard power switch. Under the occasion of frequent on-off circuit, after switching on switchboard power switch, only control power switch can control the main circuit; switchboard power switch should be cut off if long time is needed before on-off circuit.
