In the metallurgical industry, shaker table is mineral processing equipment used for sorting fine material. Traditional single-layer shaker table covers large area and has low capacity. The launch of double-layer shaker table solves available problems in the use of single-layer shaker table. Double-layer shaker table has the features of small footprint, large capacity and relatively low cost, energy saving, high separation efficiency, easy to adjust, etc.
1. Before installation, you should make product quality test: check before installation, bed parts shall be complied with the drawings, and other parts should be intacted.
2. Lifting bed should be set with good connectors and four connection blocks, and adjust the height and the exact location, and the installation center of the bed should be consisted with connector center.
3. The hammock should prevent the compressional deformation of side plate and non-collision bed.
4. After the installation of the bed, each connected screw hole should be aligned, and the gap between the support joints should be not too large to prevent the generation of sound and wear.
5. After checking the installation of the connection, check that if the bed is functioning smoothly, and the connection part is loose, shake or the sliding lubrication is good and no abnormal noise.
6. The empty running is completed without problems, the equipment can work normally.
