Grinding Machines Play an Important Role in Mining Industry

The grinding production line is widely applied in the industries of metallurgy, construction materials, chemical engineering and mines to realize the fine crushing of all kinds of materials such as stones, ceramics, bauxite, manganese ore, iron oxide, cement, active carbon, clay and fire proofing materials.

The grinding production line has the following working process: the bulk materials enter the jaw crusher’s cavity and get crushed into certain particles. The material powder then is transferred to the stock bin by the elevator. Then the materials are transported to the main grinding cavity for further grinding constantly in uniform quantity. The powder ground by the main engine then is transferred by the air blow and is graded by the analytical engine. The fine powder enters the cyclone collector following the air flow and then becomes the finished product powder discharged from the powder pipe. After being ground by the grinding machine, the materials can become fine powder with different finenesses and can be applied in many industries.
