Solutions to Concentrate Dewatering of Iron Ore Plant

Dehydration equipment in iron ore dressing plant---dust collector machine has advantages of small footprint, big handling capacity, low cost, and easy to achieve large-scale, but there are still some problems with vacuum filter machine in the production practice, these problem led to the unreasonable solution of problems on iron ore concentrate dehydration in dressing plant. Then what is the cause of it?

(1) Most main transmission gears are electric motors, gear reducers, turbine transmission type, and buncher transmission type, with low efficiency, and easy to breakdown.

(2) The seal on the connection of mixing device and tank of traditional iron filter machine is easily leaked, often results in leakage of a large amount of material, affecting the normal production of iron ore plant.

(3) Filter tubes on the main shaft are spindle shaped structure welded by regular sodium plates, so they are not easy to be checked after wear.
