Introduction to Three Kinds of High Efficiency Crushers

Our company has manufactured many kinds of stone crushers and crushing production lines to meet customers’ different demands. Here we will introduce briefly three common crushers used in the mining industry: impact crusher, roller crusher and single stage crusher.

Knowing much about the impact crushers’ structure and working principle, let’s focus on its technological features: 1. the minerals are crushed along the joint surface, thus realizing low power consumption and high efficiency; 2. it’s simple to adjust the space between the impact plate and the plate hammer, so material size is easy to control and with good particle shape; 3. the whole impact crusher has realized seamless connection which makes it easy to maintain and economical and durable to apply; 4. it has complete function and high production. It produces little machine parts abrasion and high overall efficiency.

The roller crusher is used to do medium and fine crushing of hard and medium hard ores and stones. It is mainly applied to produce melon rice stones and sand used in the building material industry has better crushing performance than ordinary crushers.

The single stage crusher can crush materials with maximum particle size of 600-1800mm to particles of 25mm or below. It is mainly used to crush fragile materials with medium hardness and little moisture like limestone and rocks in the building material, mining and chemical industries. The compressive strength of the materials is less than 140Mpa.
