High Frequency Screen

     Hongxing high frequency screen has high screening efficiency, which can significantly reduce circulating load and size-oversize qualified material content, thereby increasing mill capacity. The sieve of the high frequency screen is composed of three sieves with different flexibility. The steel-cored polyurethane mesh in bottom is supporting network, and double stainless steel wire braided composite meshes are laid on it. The upper layer of the composite meshes is the working sieve, which does screening work by direct contacting with materials; the lower layer of the composite meshed is used to disperse force and pass vibration, in order to guarantee the high screening efficiency and extend the service life of the .Mesh hooks at both ends for easy screen handling and adjusting the high frequency screen.

    Different from the principle of general screening equipment, the high frequency screen adopts the high frequency, which can destruct the tension of pulp surface and high-speed oscillation of fine materials in the screen surface, accelerating the segregations of the useful minerals with large density and increasing the opportunity of the materials whose granularity is less than the separation granularity, to contact with the sieve.
    The screening process is strict control to the grain size of materials, to eliminate the adverse effects on concentrate grade; slurry on screen surface, under high frequency and small amplitude oscillation, can be layered by density stratification, to improve product grade sharply, because material with high density and small particle is easy to be settled on the screen surface. Vibration parameter of the high frequency screen is controlled by computer, so each vibration parameter can be set up and adjusted individually. The controller of the high frequency screen is designed with function of transient strong vibration, which can regularly clear the sieve surface to prevent holes plugging.
